The Brand
Dolev is the first independent residential development project by two experienced real estate professionals from Ra’anana. The identity was designed to position the new firm as premium yet approachable, using a custom geometric symbol, a warm terracotta-led palette, and an editorial visual language that brings a more distinctive character to the local real estate category.
The System
The identity extends across a dedicated website, outdoor signage, sales brochures, and branded materials. A structured editorial grid brings property renders and lifestyle imagery into one cohesive system, allowing the brand to move consistently between digital, print, and physical touchpoints.
